UNC basketball overcame a 38-35 halftime deficit against 20th-ranked Arkansas at the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas on Black Friday. The No. 14 Tar Heels (5-1) turned up the tempo, attacked the basket, played "Carolina Basketball" again, and outscored the Razorbacks after the break, 52-34, returning home with a feel-good 87-72 win in tow.

It was the squad's first win over a ranked opponent in its first attempt.

With the impressive outing, including RJ Davis tying his career-high 30 points, the Tar Heels got back on the right track following a Thanksgiving Day overtime loss to unranked Villanova at the event and thus earned a "Top Five Plays" highlight package from the program's social media team.

Here are those top plays, courtesy of the following post from UNC's account:

5. UNC graduate forward Jae'Lyn Withers flying in for a tip-in following RJ Davis' missed jumper

4. A finishing-touch 3-pointer by UNC graduate guard Paxson Wojcik with under two minutes to play

3. UNC junior forward Harrison Ingram's powerful backdown move and smooth turnaround swish

2. A pair of second-half corner makes beyond the arc from UNC sophomore guard Seth Trimble

1. UNC senior guard RJ Davis going into attack mode via an and-done driving floater in traffic

The UNC basketball team returns to action by welcoming No. 7 Tennessee to the Dean E. Smith Center for their ACC/SEC Challenge showdown on Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. ET (ESPN).
