Our Saviour Lutheran School (N.Y.) guard Ian Jackson, who inked his national letter of intent with the UNC basketball program during the early signing period in November, seems to always bring his best to big-time matchups. He's next-level explosive as a frequent-flyer scorer, willing playmaker, and confident-beyond-his-years showman.

All of the above was on display as Jackson put up lofty numbers for his NYC Jellyfam squad during this weekend's talent-rich Overtime Elite league action in New York City.

On Friday night, the 6-foot-5, 185-pound five-star, No. 10 overall on the 247Sports 2024 Composite, tallied a game-high 28 points, shooting 12-for-24 overall and 2-for-9 beyond the arc in a 107-87 loss to OTE's Cold Hearts at the NBPA training facility in Manhattan. He added four rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Then, on Sunday afternoon, Ian Jackson delivered what the official Overtime Elite account called "his BEST PERFORMANCE in OTE." The 18-year-old New York City native finished the outing with 33 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and five steals, anchoring a 90-76 win over Diamond Doves at the Elmcor Activities center in Queens.

He shot 13-for-21 from the field, 2-for-6 from three, and 5-for-5 at the charity stripe:

The other two members of the Tar Heels' 2024 recruiting class, which 247Sports ranks No. 6 in the country, are Northwood (N.C.) five-star forward Drake Powell and Link Academy (Mo.) four-star center James Brown.
