Bubba Cunningham announced on Monday that Kenan Stadium will sell beer and wine during football games this season at 20 concession stands.

Friend of the program Ross Martin had the biggest scoop of the day, though.

The ACC Network launches on Thursday night. Expect plenty more on that and Carolina's sparkling new television facility around here later this week. 

In a true sign of the times, word got out via Armando Bacot's Instagram story that K.J. Smith was given a scholarship by Roy Williams.

Former Carolina offensive coordinator and current Arkansas State coach Blake Anderson is taking a leave of absence to be with his wife, Wendy, who is battling cancer for the second time. Keith Heckendorf joined the A-State staff as offensive coordinator while Nathan Elliott is a graduate assistant. 

R.J. Davis, a four-star guard from White Plains, N.Y., plans to visit make an official visit to Chapel Hill for the weekend of Oct. 11-13. He's also being pursued by Georgetown, Marquette and Pittsburgh.

Adidas unveiled several alternate uniforms on Monday, and a Reddit user was kind enough to compile them all. Not only will Georgia Tech look great, but the uniforms are for a great cause in supporting Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
