Following UNC football's distressing home loss to Virginia in Week 8 and seven-spot drop in the AP Top 25 Poll, the No. 17 Tar Heels (6-1, 3-1 ACC) head to Atlanta to face unranked Georgia Tech (3-4, 2-2 ACC) in Bobby Dodd Stadium at 8 p.m. ET Saturday (ACCN).

On Thursday night, UNC unveiled its jersey combo via the following creative Halloween-themed video:

For the second time this season, UNC is going with the all-white jersey and pants, nicknamed the "stormtrooper" look. It worked well the last time, as the Tar Heels tallied a 41-24 win at Pitt in those threads in late September.

This time, they'll wear the blue helmets, so it's not the complete all-white fit.

The No. 17 Tar Heels (6-1, 3-1 ACC) are double-digit favorites against the Yellow Jackets. But that was the case against the Cavaliers, who were 1-5 overall entering the contest in Chapel Hill, and the same goes for UNC's 21-17 home loss to a 4-6 Georgia Tech squad last season.

Georgia Tech boasts a 32-22-3 lead in the all-time series. And the Yellow Jackets have won four of the past five meetings dating back to 2017, not to mention 18 of the past 24 dating back to 1998.

It'd be a mistake for UNC to overlook them.

After battling Georgia Tech on Saturday night, the Tar Heels will host Campbell on Nov. 4. Then, they welcome archrival Duke (currently No. 20 in the AP Top 25 and, like UNC, with only one loss in ACC play) to Kenan Memorial Stadium the following week for homecoming.
