Your USC Trojans have been an active recruiting force as they look beyond their already-exciting 2023-24 season, which boasts the No. 1 national prospect among his freshman class, Sierra Canyon School alum Isaiah Collier.

Per Joe Tipton of On3, 6'9" high school power forward Jacob Cofie has kept USC in the running amidst his list of four finalists for future college consideration.

A senior at Eastside Catholic in Sammamish, Washington, Cofie has revealed that he is also considering staying in-state at Washington University, in addition to considering the programs at Ohio State and Virginia. He has already visited Washington, and has scheduled trips planned for OSU and Virginia.

Cofie claims he is hoping to pick a future NCAA destination by the start of October at the latest.

The On3 Industry Rankings rank Cofie as the No. 97 overall prospect among seniors this season, and the No. 17 power forward prospect.

“USC is known for developing guys like me to have successful careers," Cofie said. "They have invested a lot of time coming to support me at my high school and EYBL games. [Assistant coach] Jay [Morris] is a straight shooter and always honest with me. USC has a great program that has developed many players to the next level.”
