It was right around this time last year that Lakers' superstar LeBron James had everyone drop what they were doing and tune into the Drew League as he announced that he would be partaking in an offseason game for the first time since the infamous NBA lockout back in 2011.

He teamed up with former USC Trojan DeMar Derozan in this game and a current Trojan in Boogie Ellis. James was able to score 42 points to go with 16 rebounds in a sold-out gym. Plenty of the NBA's most marquee names were playing in pro-am games all last summer as they wanted to put on a show for the basketball community and remain playing competitive games in the offseason.

However, there was a certain play that went viral where Ellis was able to get a steal and start a fast break with The King trailing. He threw a picture-perfect pass off of the backboard and James caught it and finished the play with a huge tomahawk jam.

Take a look down below if you need to refresh your memory!

James has been able to finish alley-oops like this so many times in his career and now we're starting to see his son Bronny find his bounce as well. Bronny just finished off his senior season at Sierra Canyon High School and a number of big dunks and chase down blocks have proven that his athleticism is only improving.

And considering that Bronny will be teaming up with Ellis this season at USC, we just may see them re-create this play at some point. Ellis is among the best point guards in the nation and with the two of them in the backcourt along with Isaiah Collier, there will be plenty of opportunities for them to get Trojans fans on their feet!
