Davion Hannah, the top 2025 recruit in his native Wisconsin and an overall top-40 player nationally among his high school class, is apparently considering your USC Trojans among his preferred college destinations, per Joe Tipton of On3.

Hannah, a four-star small forward/combo guard, is also eyeing the Cincinnati Bearcats, the Wisconsin Badgers, the Michigan Wolverines and the Michigan State Spartans as possible landing spots. The 6'5" swingman is currently a junior at Nicolet High School in Milwaukee.

According to 247Sports, Hannah is considered the No. 20 prospect in the nation and the No. 5 prospect at his position (although 247Sports lists him as a combo guard, not a small forward). Per 247Sports Composite's ranking, however, Hannah is listed as the No. 36 player in the nation and the No. 7 combo guard overall. Both rankings, however, do consider him the top player in the state.

The 2023-24 vintage of Andy Enfield's squad has been fairly underwhelming, and although there'll be plenty of turnover by the time Hannah theoretically arrives, one would hope that any lingering Trojans improve mightily in time for 2025-26. The current club boasts a meager 9-13 record on the year so far, and is just 3-8 in the Pac-12 conference.
