Whenever a team welcomes in some of the best players in the nation to their roster, it it is very normal to see majority of the major media outlets turning their attention to them and also watching expectations rise for their next season. The USC Trojans are experiencing this in real time as they had one of their most successful recruiting periods in the school's history.

Even just landing the number one-ranked player in the 2023 class in Isaiah Collier would have been great enough but to add Bronny James and two elite forwards in Arrinten Page and Brandon Gardner as well has them ready to roll this coming year. USC made an incredible run to the Elite 8 in 2021 but have not been able to match that same success since then and will look to do so with a bolstered roster.

And the NCAA is making sure that they have to work for their wins right off the jump and prove to the world that they will be playing late into March this time around. Their first official opening game will be against Kansas State on November 6 in Las Vegas and the basketball world will get to see their newest Trojans debut on a huge stage.

Kansas State will be led by Tylor Perry and Arthur Paluma this coming season and it's safe to say that they will be no easy opponent.

"Perry is a shoot-first guard; you will not see him lead the nation in assists. However, he is one of the best in the country at making contested shots. Perry gets to his spots, elevates, and shoots at a remarkably high level. Perry took a bevy of

tough

shots as the late-clock maestro for a slow-moving offense at North Texas and still posted excellent efficiency numbers."

This is going to be an amazing first game to kick off the year!
