USC Basketball vs CSU Bakersfield: Betting Odds, How To Watch, Predictions And More
USC men's basketball will have a chance to start their season with a two-game winning streak when they host CSU Bakersfield in their home opener Thursday night.
The No. 21 Trojans are projected to win big at home, as most books have USC as a 25.5-point favorite. The over/under is set at 137 points.
The two schools have faced off only twice before, once in 2013 and once in 2018. Both contests resulted in a USC win, although by less than 15 points in each occasion.
The Trojans are riding a big win over Kansas State in Las Vegas in their season opener. Fifth-year guard Boogie Ellis scored 24 points while top-ranked freshman guard Isaiah Collier had 18 points in his college debut.
CSU Bakersfield beat Southern Utah in a nail-biting 73-72 victory. Senior guard Kaleb Higgins had 27 points in the win. As a team, the Roadrunners had 12 turnovers, which could prove to be a problem against a USC defense that had 8 steals against Kansas State.
Expect USC to win, and to win big against CSU Bakersfield in their home opener.
The game will tip off at 6:00 p.m. PST and can be streamed on the Pac-12 Network.
