The college basketball game requires a certain level of stamina and training that will allow players to play upwards of 30 minutes per game at times. With ball movement and defense being key components at this level, it's clear that collegiate teams must take unique approaches to ensuring that when the fourth quarter hits, they are able to find a second gear of energy and continue competing.

This is no different for your USC men's basketball team. They saw how they were able to fight off some top teams as the end of their season closed in but ultimately could not hang with Michigan State once the March Madness Tournament rolled around.

Therefore, it's great to know that the Trojans have the luxury of having one of the most iconic football stadiums in the world, The LA Memorial Coliseum, right near them. Football stadiums mean plenty of stairs and rows of seats to run through and train and head coach Andy Enfield obligated his superstar players to do just that during a recent practice.

Take a look at their training regimen in the stadium leading up to the 2023-2024 season!

Isaiah Collier, Boogie Ellis, Kobe Johnson and more were all leading the group through these exclusive workouts and even with Southern California's current heat waves, they do not look fazed.

Some of the movements even involved the players holding weights by their sides to add yet another level of difficulty to the training. It's great to see them all going through this as a group and expect the Trojans to be in top shape this year!
