Your USC Trojans women's basketball program remains undefeated this season, after besting UC Riverside last Sunday, 85-53. Fight on, indeed, Women of Troy. Fight on, indeed.

As usual, freshman phenom wing JuJu Watkins led the way for the Women of Troy, scoring 27 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the floor (4-of-6 from deep), five assists, five steals, three rebounds and two blocks. USC center Rayah Marshall notched another double-double, pulling down more rebounds (12) than she scored points (11 on 3-of-8 shooting from the floor).

Only one other player, six-foot senior McKenzie Forbes, scored in double digits for the Trojans. She scored 11 points on 5-of-8 shooting from the floor, and also chipped in five assists, three boards, and two steals.

5'10" senior guard Jordan Webster paced Riverside with 20 points on 7-of-16 shooting from the field (5-of-9 from long range), four assists, three rebounds, and a steal.

Overall, the UC Riverside Highlanders fell to a 4-4 record on the season, while the sixth-ranked Trojans Trojans improved to 8-0.

Next up for USC is a Galen Center date with Cal State University Fullerton, scheduled for tomorrow night at 7 p.m. PT.
