Former USC Football Legend Calls Out DC Alex Grinch on Social Media

He speaks for all of us.

In yet another seemingly predictable defensive collapse by your Trojans, where they ceded 507 total yards of offense and 49 points to a 3-4 Cal Golden Bears team, a USC football legend and former 1st overall pick had this to say:

Keyshawn Johnson kept things simple, as he speaks for fans everywhere. Week after week it seems as though the offense has next to no margin for error, and needs to do everything they can to eke out a win.

That's exactly what happened on Saturday, as the Trojans needed every one of their 50 points and 21 fourth quarter points to avoid the upset at Cal.

The Trojans allowed Cal RB Jaydn Ott to rush for 153 yards and three touchdowns, but did at least hunker down a little in the second half.

Still, it was yet another embarrassing performance by the Trojans defense, something we've pretty much used to seeing every week.

Even though USC was able to come out with a 50-49 win, it's clear that changes need to be made to this program if they want any shot at being a true powerhouse in College Football.
