As your USC Trojans football team approaches what could potentially be Caleb Williams' last game in the cardinal and gold, the looming question of his future at USC remains uncertain.

Despite being widely touted as the consensus number-one overall pick in the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft, Williams has yet to announce whether he will return to USC for another season.

Whether this is the end of the Caleb Williams era, it was a hell of a ride. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner was asked about his tenure here and how he wants to be remembered.

“I’d say a player that went out there and gave his all every play, every chance he got,” Williams said. “I’d say a player that cared for his teammates, I’d say a player that wanted to go out there and win every single game.”

Reflecting on his impactful tenure with the Trojans, Williams has etched his name in the annals of USC football history. Williams has been the pillar of the Trojan offense for the past two seasons, boasting an impressive array of accolades, including All-American honors, the 2022 Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year, and the prestigious Heisman Trophy.

His on-field statistics are a testament to his prowess: 7,786 passing yards, 71 passing touchdowns, nine interceptions, a stellar 170 rating, and an impressive 67.1% completion rate.

While the Trojans may not have secured a college football appearance or Pac-12 title during Williams' tenure, the memories he has created and the resurgence he brought to USC football are indelible. The 21-year-old is undeniably regarded as one of the best quarterbacks in the storied history of the USC program.

As USC and its fans await Saturday's game with mixed emotions, they remain appreciative of the journey Williams has taken them on. Whether this marks the end of his Trojan career or he chooses to return for his senior season, Caleb Williams's impact on USC football is a legacy that will endure.
