If you're a fan of an NFL team that is in need of an upgrade at quarterback, Caleb Williams is likely a guy near the top of your mind.

Consensus says that either Williams or UNC quarterback Drake Maye will be the first pick in the NFL, with a majority leaning toward Williams.

Currently, the Chicago Bears would have the first overall pick via the Carolina Panthers after acquiring their pick via trade. The Bears beat the Panthers Thursday night in a battle for draft position.

However, comedian Chris Rock, who was in attendance for USC men's basketball's win over CSU Bakersfield, made his case for why Williams should go to the New York Jets.

Telling Williams that he'll "want to live in New York," Rock had the young quarterback in fits with his fiery pitch.

Williams has little control over where he will be drafted, as is the case with any NFL prospect. Additionally, with quarterback Aaron Rodgers making lofty promises about returning to the field in 2023 after tearing his Achilles on the fourth play of the season, the Jets might be in a tricky situation at quarterback.

Nevertheless, Williams will make fans of whatever team that lands the No. 1 pick very, very happy as he is one of the most skilled quarterback prospects to ever enter the NFL Draft.

Rock sat courtside and witnessed the Trojans' dominant 85-59 win over CSU Bakersfield.

Williams and the Trojans slipped out of the Top 25 for the first time this season after Washington handed USC its third loss in four games. They will travel to Oregon to play the Ducks for their last road game of the season Saturday.
