The USC Trojans are gearing up for one last epic season before shifting to the Big 10 Conference in n 2024. They will be going into a bigger and better situation, as they will benefit from it greatly on and off the gridiron.

It will be an exciting time, and we can't wait to see them play some great programs along the way that they have some history of playing them in Rose Bowl games from the past. Many schools feel the same way, including Big 10 powerhouse, the Michigan Wolverines.

On paper, the matchup sounds juicy already, as they are two of college football's most elite programs. Even though SC is barely going to make the transition, a Michigan columnist, Chris Mangum, believes a rivalry could be brewing between the two blue bloods once the transition is made.

These two major college football programs appear to be a rivalry or trophy game in the making — they are two of the most storied and impressive teams in the sport, and future matchups are bound to have major

implications. With Michigan, Penn State, and Ohio State headlining the Big Ten’s best right now, expect Lincoln Riley and his Trojans to make a splash over the next few years, transitioning from the pass-heavy PAC-12 to the run-heavy Big Ten.

USC and Michigan have faced each other in the past, and the stakes were at an all-time high, facing them multiple times in the Rose Bowl.

Overall, USC has the edge over Michigan with a 6-4 record, and your Trojans could build on that starting next season. The Wolverines will travel to Southern California, and Mangum could be on to something.

These are two of the biggest programs the sport has to offer, and I wouldn't be surprised if this means a lot more.

It's Lincoln Riley vs. Jim Harbaugh, the mid-west vs. the west coast, it has all the makings for a rivalry, and it won't take long for these two to become one.

The matchup will be one of the most anticipated next season, and we can't wait for it.
