Next week, your USC Trojans hope to curb their two-game losing streak against their Pac-12 (soon to be Big Ten) arch nemeses, the UCLA Bruins. It's been a rough run for Lincoln Riley's Trojans, who've also dropped three of their last four contests.

Chip Kelly's Bruins, too, are riding low on a two-game losing streak. So at least someone will be in for some good news, albeit in a lost season that will now be bereft of a Pac-12 Championship game appearance for either program.

The match-up is set to transpire on friendly ground, at the Coliseum, on Saturday.

Now, we know exactly when it will take place next weekend.

Ben Bolch of The Los Angeles Times reports that the dual between these two struggling clubs is set to begin at 12:30 p.m. on ABC.

Riley and Kelly might both be in trouble beyond this season.

In his second season with the Trojans, Riley has reigning Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams off to a shakier start than last year. In 2022, the club finished with an 11-3 overall record (8-1 in the Pac-12, a first-place finish), and a Cotton Bowl defeat. In 2023, the Trojans are currently 7-4 (5-3 in the Pac-12).

Kelly, meanwhile, is .500 over the course of his six-year run with UCLA (33-33). Kelly has led the club to just two bowl seasons and two .500+ season records, the Holiday Bowl and Sun Bowl.

It seems quite possible neither head coach is retained much longer, though the expectations for USC (a legendary football program) and UCLA (not so much) are fairly different.
