Junior Oregon Ducks running back Bucky Irving appeared to roll his left ankle early in the third frame of his 8-1 club's ongoing home matchup against your USC Trojans, per Ross Dellenger of Yahoo Sports. The Cardinal and Gold were trailing 22-14 at the time. He had to be helped off the field by two medical staffers.

He spent some time in the club's medical tent getting treatment, according to Jared Mack of 247Sports.

Irving wound up returning to the matchup one touchdown later, where he instantly got back to making a big impact.

The Chicago native, 21, is enjoying a big season with the Ducks. He's run for 821 yards across 119 carries thus far in 2023, and has logged nine touchdowns to date. Last year, the 5'10", 195-pound talent ran for 1,058 yards during his first season in Oregon.

It's essentially a must-win game for the Trojans should they want any shot at making the Pac-12 Championship contest, but the contest appears to be slipping away from them at present.

The Ducks currently lead USC 29-14 in Eugene with a whole regulation period to spare.
