USC Football: Trojans Land MSU Long Snapper
Your USC Trojans have signed a fresh addition from out of the NCAA's transfer portal.
The Cardinal and Gold under Lincoln Riley will be adding a veteran of a rival Big Ten program (that's still a weird thing to type), ex-Michigan State Spartan Hank Pepper.
A 6'2", 210-pound two-year letterwinner from Chandler, Arizona, Pepper started for MSU across 18 games from 2021-22. He was considered the top player at his position from amongst his high school class, though his collegiate career has been waylaid somewhat, following an injury during his sophomore season, according to Andrew Brewster of Spartans Wire.
Pepper presumably will take over for departing junior incumbent long snapper Nathan Weneta, who entered the NCAA's transfer portal two weeks ago.
