USC Football: Trojans' Tahj Washington Makes Impossible Catch at East-West Shrine Bowl Practice

USC senior wide receiver Tahj Washington is coming off one heck of a 2023 season. Coming into the season, he was recognized as one of the finalists for the Biletnikoff Award. Although he fell short of winning, he still had one of the best seasons by a wide receiver in the country.
He shined with the Trojans, and he's doing the same in sessions leading up to the East-West Shrine Bowl. Washington is making his presence felt and is making a great impression, making highlight play after highlight play, including this fantastic catch.

Washington will represent the West in the East-West Shrine Bowl that will take place on Thursday, February 1st.
The redshirt senior stands at 5-foot-10, 177 pounds, and finished his college career with 209 receptions for 3,224 yards and 21 touchdowns as a Trojan and a member of the Memphis Tigers.
Here are a couple of other practice sessions Washington participated in.
Really good body control and playing through contact from Tahj Washington.

Again, probably my favorite receiver that I’ve watched at the Shrine Bowl. Consistently making plays. pic.twitter.com/BmctVGrh4s
Washington declared for the 2024 NFL draft in mid-December prior to the Holiday Bowl, in which USC came out on top over Louisville.
According to NFL draft buzz, he is projected to go undrafted. His overall ranking is 345, and his position ranking is 45. He came out of high school as a three-star recruit, and it seems like he is still under the radar as he prepares for the pro level.
Washington may have the odds stacked against him, but if he continues to impress, he may see himself drafted in late April.
