USC football: Which Trojans have signed undrafted free agent NFL contracts?

Running back Travis Dye headlines the group

The 2023 NFL Draft wrapped up over the weekend and four USC Trojans were selected.

Wide receiver Jordan Addison was picked in the first round by the Minnesota Vikings. Defensive lineman Tuli Tuipulotu went in round two to the Los Angeles Chargers, cornerback Mekhi Blackmon went in the third round to the Vikings and offensive lineman Andrew Vorhees was selected in the seventh round by the Baltimore Ravens.

Five more USC players have signed free agent contracts after not being picked. The list below will be updated if/when more players sign.

TE Josh Falo (New York Jets)

2022 stats: Played in 13 games with 5 starts (355 snaps). Made 4 catches for 30 yards and 2 touchdowns

The skinny: Falo wasn't too involved as a pass catcher last season, but he played a high number of snaps because of his blocking. Falo struggled to stay healthy in his time at USC.

High school recruiting ranking: Four-star prospect in the class of 2017 (No. 143 overall)

DL Brandon Pili (Miami Dolphins)

2022 stats: Played in 14 games with 1 start (534 snaps). Made 25 tackles with 2.5 tackles for loss and 1 sack

The skinny: Pili signed with the Dolphins for $100,000 guaranteed. It will be an uphill battle, but Pili will have a chance to make the Miami roster or practice squad.

High school recruiting ranking: Three-star prospect in the class of 2017 (No. 497 nationally)

OL Bobby Haskins (Chicago Bears)

2022 stats: Played in 13 games with 9 starts at left tackle (734 snaps)

The skinny: Haskins played a lot last season for one of the top offensive line units in the country.

High school recruiting ranking: 3-star prospect in the class of 2017 (No. 1,251 overall)

WR Terrell Bynum (Los Angeles Chargers)

2022 stats: Played in 12 games with 2 starts (370 snaps). Made 16 catches for 159 yards and 1 touchdown

The skinny: Bynum is known for being a good leader, but it would be a surprise if he made the Chargers roster or practice squad.

High school recruiting ranking: Three-star prospect in the class of 2017 (No. 236 nationally)

RB Travis Dye (New York Jets)

2022 stats: Started all 10 games he played in (456 snaps). Had 145 carries for 884 yards (6.1 yards per carry), 9 touchdowns, 21 catches for 202 yards

The skinny: Dye likely would have been picked if he didn't suffer a season ending ankle injury when USC played Colorado last season. He's an exceptional leader who could very well find a home in the NFL.

High school recruiting ranking: Three star prospect in the class of 2018 (No. 987 nationally)
