USC Football: With Future Uncertain, Caleb Williams Takes In Hoops Win Over Eagles
The USC Trojans football program didn’t go as planned in 2023. This season was supposed to see the Men of Troy compete for a national championship; instead, they will play in some random bowl game, barely being bowl-eligible with seven wins.
It's now time to reset for the football program and for the players to unwind. That's exactly what star quarterback and former Heisman trophy winner Caleb Williams was doing.
Williams was seen taking in some USC hoops on Wednesday night, watching the men's basketball team capture their fifth win of the season in dominant fashion.
Williams watched as the Trojans dominated the Eastern Washington Eagles at home with a 106-78 win.
The Trojans dominated from start to finish thanks to leading scorer Boogie Ellis, who dropped 28 on the Eagles head.
Although Williams would rather be preparing for a Pac-12 championship game, it's great to see him enjoy himself at the Galen Center. He's taking in the entire college experience while he can because this may (likely was) have been his last college season.
