USC Quarterback Commit Lands Six-Figure NIL Deal With Leaf Trading Cards

One of the top recruits in his class is inking a lucrative deal.

Julian Lewis, a highly touted sophomore quarterback out of Carrollton High School (Carrollton, GA), has finally stepped into the NIL space. The USC commit is arguably the best recruit in his 2026 class, and the deal he just signed is reflective of such.

On3's Pete Nakos is reporting that, Lewis has agreed to a partnership with Leaf Trading Cards. The deal was brokered by Everett Sports Marketing, however Lewis doesn't appear to be officially represented by ESM.

"This is a significant six-figure deal at first-round NFL quarterback values on the per signature basis," ESM’s Dan Everett told On3.

Leaf Trading Cards has inked deals with some of the biggest names in college sports including LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne, South Carolina quarterback Spencer Rattler, and Heisman Trophy winner USC quarterback Caleb Williams.

Lewis could have gotten impatient at the speed with which Georgia was moving on the NIL front. His patience finally paid off. Lewis' best football, however, is still ahead of him. Given the value of this deal with Leaf and with Lewis' excellent social media presence, one could expect for him to set a new standard for high school and eventually college NIL deal valuation.
