USC football: Which 5 prospects are taking official visits to campus this weekend?

Two five-star prospects will be visiting...

Official visit season is here and USC will host five 2024 prospects this weekend, according to a source. We break down the group below.

Eddrick Houston

Position: Defensive lineman

School: Buford (Ga.)

247Sports.com composite ranking: Five-star prospect, No. 14 nationally. No. 4 ranked defensive lineman

Measurables: 6-foot-3, 255 pounds

The skinny: Houston is obviously highly coveted, but USC is in the mix. Landing Houston, a five-star prospect on defense from Georgia, would be a massive win for the Trojans staff. Alabama, Clemson, Georgia and Ohio State are also recruiting Houston.

Bryant Wesco

Position: Wide receiver

School: Midlothian (Texas)

247Sports.com composite ranking: Four-star prospect, No. 38 nationally. No. 8 wide receiver.

Measurables: 6-foot-2, 170 pounds

The skinny: 247Sports rates Wesco much higher than the other recruiting services. On their board, Wesco is a five-star prospect and the No. 3 receiver nationally. Wesco would be a foundational piece of USC's 2024 recruiting class if he commits.

Myles Davis

Position: Safety

School: Judson (Converse, Texas)

247Sports.com composite ranking: Four-star prospect, No. 338 nationally. No. 32 ranked safety.

Measurables: 6-foot-1, 185 pounds

The skinny: Davis would be a nice pickup for USC, but it's going to be tough to pull him away from Texas. Baylor, Texas, Texas A&M and TCU are also pursuing Davis.

Christian Clark

Position: Running back

School: Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, Ariz.)

247Sports.com composite ranking: Four-star prospect, No. 276 nationally. No. 23 ranked running back.

Measurables: 6-foot, 195 pounds.

The skinny: USC will likely bring in a second running back this cycle following the commitment of Bryan Jackson (McKinney, Texas) last month. There's a good chance it's Clark, although the USC staff has a couple other targets they're interested in.

Braylon Conley

Position: Cornerback

School: Atascocita (Humble, Texas)

247Sports.com composite ranking: 3-star prospect, No. 456 nationally. No. 46 ranked CB.

Measurables: 6-foot, 170 pounds

The skinny: USC struggled recruiting cornerbacks last cycle. An early commitment from a corner could be beneficial to USC if some of their top targets don't work out in the future.
