The women's Wooden Award Midseason Top 25 list was just released, and Utah's own Alissa Pili was announced as part of the prestigious group in a post via X.

Pili has been lighting up the stat sheet for the Utes and has been the driving force behind their 11-4 record and 19th overall ranking in the nation. The 6'2" senior out of Anchorage, Alaska is currently the 8th-ranked player in points per game with 22.5 and the 6th-ranked player in field goal percentage sitting at 66.8% all from the forward position.

Paige Bueckers, Caitlin Clark, and Angel Reese headline the list as expected however Utah fans should feel incredibly proud to have such a talent wearing the school colors while representing the U on a national scale. To be named alongside the best of the best is an incredible feat within itself but being a Ute makes it a lot more special and Pili is the epitome of what modern-day, versatile, and positionless basketball looks like.
