Following the bowl game loss to Northwestern, many Utah fans have been debating whether or not the program has a quarterback development problem following a season in which the offense was anemic at best. There was disappointment in Nate Johnson's usage this season, Bryson Barnes' poor showing in the bowl game, and also frustrations in the Brandon Rose situation.
