Former Utah star Zack Moss signs with the Cincinnati Bengals
According to a report by NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo, former Utah Ute running back Zack Moss has found his next landing spot.
Moss was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals for two years, on a deal that is worth up to $8 million. The move comes after the Bengals moved on from Pro-Bowl running back Joe Mixon, saving them north of $6 million.
Moss is coming off of the best season of his NFL career playing in a career-high 14 games, totaling a career-high 183 careers which he turned into career-highs in every category with 794 yards rushing and five touchdowns. He also posted a career-high in catches with 27, and added two scores to his total.
Moss was drafted out of Utah in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft with pick No. 86 by the Buffalo Bills.
In four years at Utah, Moss totaled 712 carries for over 4,000 yards, and powered in 38 scores. He was also a threat in the passing game for the Utes, racking up 66 catches for 685 yards and three scores.
Moss spent the first three years of his career with the Bills, and the two most recent years with the Indianapolis Colts.
