Radcliffe ranks as the third highest commitment in Utah's class, and the class as a whole currently ranks as the No. 65 class in the country according to 247Sports. He currently ranks as a three-star prospect, and ranks as the No. 62 athlete in the class. He is an extremely well built back measuring in at 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds.

He missed his entire junior season, but thanks to a tremendous sophomore season that saw him rack up 2,109 yards and 23 touchdowns his recruitment exploded. The Utes will look to continue and build this class up even more.
