Utah target Isaiah Garcia set to announce commitment in coming days

The Utes have some ground to make up in the recruitment for the to player in the state
In this story:

For the first time since 2021 when Kingsley Suamataia pledged to Oregon, there is a chance that the top player in the state of Utah may be exiting the state to play his college ball elsewhere.

Four-star offensive lineman Isaiah Garcia recently revealed that he will be announcing his commitment on Saturday, and based off of crystal ball predictions by 247Sports' Jackson Moore and Director of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong, it appears Stanford is the favorite. However, as of late Tuesday, Wiltfong did appear to remove his prediction, which means either Oregon or Utah who are viewed as the other two finalists could make a late push.

Garcia ranks as the No. 1 player in the state, while ranking as the No. 212 player in the country according to 247Sports' Composite Rankings.

Utah's class currently ranks as the No. 60 class in the country.
