Georgia Bulldogs Transfer Quarterback Jamie Newman Opts Out of 2020 College Football Season
Kirby Smart has added QB JT Daniels from the transfer market for this season

University of Georgia’s Jamie Newman is expected to opt out of the 2020 season entirely.
The quarterback who transferred to UGA back in January from Wake Forest but was not able to play in the spring due to the complications surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and now Bulldog fans may not see him play this fall either.
According to 247 Sports Neman is expected to opt out of the upcoming season.
As for what this means for Georgia, Kirby Smart has already added JT Daniels on the transfer market and assumptions are that he will be ready to go when the season begins on Sept. 26 against Arkansas.
Newman is projected to be taken as high as the fourth quarterback overall in next year's upcoming NFL draft.
