UVA's Blake Buchanan Selected to USA Roster for Nike Hoop Summit
Virginia men's basketball class of 2023 signee Blake Buchanan has been named to the USA Basketball roster for the 2023 Nike Hoop Summit, an event featuring the top American high school basketball players facing some of the best international basketball players aged 19 and younger.
Buchanan, a four-star recruit who was also a nominee for the McDonald's All-American Game, will join 12 other top high school basketball players on the USA roster for the Nike Hoop Summit, an even which has featured world's best young basketball players since 1995.

The USA Nike Hoop Summit Team were selected by the USA Basketball Developmental National Team Committee.
Buchanan is one of three players on the roster who will be making his USA Basketball debut at the 24th edition of the Nike Hoop Summit. The event will also include a women's basketball game for the first time.
The 2023 Nike Hoop Summit will take place on Saturday, April 8th at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.
