Virginia Offers Four-Star Combo Guard Jackson Keith From Durham
Virginia's extremely active week on the recruiting trail continues. Four-star combo guard Jackson Keith, who has long been a potential recruiting target for the Cavaliers in the class of 2025, announced on Friday night that he has received an offer from UVA. Keith is the sixth recruit in the 2025 recruiting class to pick up an offer from the Virginia coaching staff in the last 10 days, with five of those offers going out within the last few days.
This is not at all a surprising offer, as the UVA coaching staff routinely visited with Keith during the spring and summer recruiting periods and Keith has been to Virginia on unofficial visits at least two times, most recently back in December, when he sat courtside for UVA's win over Florida State.
A 6'6" combo guard who plays at Southern in Durham, North Carolina, Keith is rated a four-star prospect by 247Sports, which also ranks him as the No. 67 overall recruit in the class of 2025, the No. 14 small forward in the country, and the No. 2 player in the state of North Carolina. Virginia joins a heated recruiting battle for Keith, who has already picked up nearly 20 offers, including major conference offers from Florida State, NC State, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, Illinois, Xavier, Texas A&M, Georgetown, and Mississippi State.
Virginia has now extended offers to eight players in the recruiting class of 2025:
- five-star power forward Bryson Tiller (Atlanta, GA)
- four-star point guard Chance Mallory (Charlottesville, VA)
- four-star combo guard Derek Dixon (Washington, D.C.)
- four-star wing Jacob Wilkins (Atlanta, GA)
- four-star power forward Nikola Bundalo (Uniontown, OH)
- four-star power forward London Jemison (Bloomfield, CT)
- four-star combo guard Darius Adams (Manasquan, NJ)
- four-star combo guard Jackson Keith (Durham, NC)
