Washington State's recruiting staff added some considerable size to their 2025 crop of commitments on Monday.

6'7" 320-pound offensive tackle Brayden Walton announced his commitment to the Cougas via X. Walton heads to the Palouse from Buchanan High School in Clovis, California.

In his commitment post, Walton wrote "Thank you to everyone who has supported me in the process of making my dream a reality and thank you to the coaching staff at Washington State for this opportunity! GO COUGS!!!"

Walton is rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports. The recruiting outlet also has him listed as the #163 tackle in the nation and the #246 overall recruit in the state of California for the 2025 class.

Save for tight end Austin Simmons, Walton is the only offensive line commit in the Cougars' 2025 class. He chose the Cougars over scholarship offers from Fresno State, Colorado State, Central Michigan, Nevada, and a host of FCS schools.
