Jake Dickert leads the Cougars into a post-Pac-12 world (at least for football) after a 5-7 record in 2023. Dickert has a record of 15-16 after three seasons leading the Cougars...well, 2.5 counting the 2020 COVID-shortened campaign

Official team scrimmages are tentatively scheduled for August 10 and August 17.

Among other questions that Cougars hope to answer, fall camp should provide more light on who the starting quarterback will be come the opening bout at Martin Stadium.

At that point, preparations will continue for the 2024 season, which officially begins on August 31 when the Cougs host Portland State.
