While Washington State's Isaac Jones was not selected in this week's NBA Draft, he will get his first chance at the NBA. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported Thursday night that Jones is signing a two-way deal with the Sacramento Kings.

Jones spent his first three college seasons at Wenatchee Valley College before transferring to the University of Idaho for the 2022-2023 season. With the Vandals, Jones averaged 19.4 points and 7.8 rebounds, earning All-Big Sky honors.

Through the 2023-2024 season with Washington State, Jones averaged 15.3 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. He was an All-Pac-12 selection for the Cougars in their run to the second round of the NCAA tournament. Jones also shot over 57% from the field last season.

Two-way contracts allow for a player to play for both the NBA and the G-League while being under the control of an NBA franchise for the duration of the season. Sacramento will play their first exhibition of the summer on July 6.
