Who is Eastern Washington Transfer Cedric Coward?

Washington State men's basketball officially added a coveted transfer piece to their roster on Friday. Cedric Coward will follow head coach David Riley from the Eastern Washington Eagles, where they both spent the last two seasons together. Coward could very well be a difference maker right away on both ends of the floor.

Measurements: 6'6" 206 pounds

Previous Stops: Eastern Washington, Willamette (DIII)

Accolades: Big Sky first team All-Conference, NABC All-District First Team, Big Sky Conference All-Academic team

Notes: Played in 68 games for EWU with 34 starts. Led Eastern Washington in points (494), points per game (15.4), rebounds (215), and blocks (30) last season. Averaged 19.4 points and 12.0 rebounds per game as a freshman at Willamette.
