Rodman signed to play for Washington State in December of 2019 as the nation's top-ranked forward recruit. What would have been her freshman season was ultimately cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In January of 2021, Rodman chose to forego her college eligibility and enter the NWSL, where she was selected second overall by the Washington Spirit.

In four seasons with the Spirit, Rodman has logged 19 goals with 13 assists. For the USWNT, she has made ten starts since her first appearance in 2022 with four goals and five assists. She was part of the World Cup squad that was eliminated in the round of 16 in 2023.

The men’s and women’s Olympic soccer tournaments will be contested between Wednesday, July 24 and the Saturday, August 10.
