The college football All-America teams continue to roll in nonstop, with everyone offering a slightly different take on the talent, especially the University of Washington's top-level guys.

The Football Writers Association of America on Monday selected the Huskies' junior wide receiver Rome Odunze to its first team, and senior quarterback Michael Penix Jr. and offensive junior tackle Troy Fautanu to its second unit.

However, nowhere to be found was stalwart Husky edge rusher Bralen Trice, who failed to land on either the FWAA first or second team.

Odunze, enjoying an 81-reception, 1,428-yard and 13-touchdown catch season, added the FWAA award to his growing list honors.

He's been named to the first units for All-America teams compiled by the Associated Press, Pro Football Focus, CBS Sports, The Athletic and now the FWAA, while turning up as a second-teamer on the Walter Camp listing.

Penix has emerged on the second unit of four All-America teams in the AP, CBS Sports, The Athletic and the FWAA, while receiving first-unit billing on the Walter Camp team.

The 6-foot-4, 317-pound Fautanu has appeared on a pair of All-America teams, with the FWAA second unit his highest recognition so far. The AP placed him on its third team.

The missing Trice has appeared on two other All-America teams, on the first unit for PPF and the third unit for the AP.
