Ross Becomes Third Ex-Husky to Change NBA Teams In Past Week

The guard from Portland is the UW's most veteran player in the league.
In this story:

Terrence Ross — the former University of Washington basketball player who's been in the NBA the longest — has changed teams, reportedly signing with the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday after getting waived by the Orlando Magic.

The 12-year veteran is one of eight ex-Huskies currently active in the league and one of three who changed teams in the past week.

Guard Matisse Thybulle earlier was sent to the Portland Trail Blazers from Philadelphia and become an instant starter, and guard Justin Holiday, one of three brothers in the league, has moved to the Houston Rockets from Atlanta.

Ross, according to the Arizona Republic, was involved in a contract buyout between Phoenix and Orlando and will bolster a Suns roster that recently added forward Kevin Durant from the Brooklyn Nets in a blockbuster deal at the trade deadline.
