Tshiebwe Shouldering High Expectations, Gaining National Attention

Oscar Tshiebwe is listed as one of the top freshman who will make an impact this season

Paul Biancardi, National Recruiting Director for ESPN and College Basketball & NBA draft analyst, already has some freshman on his list of players who will make an impact this season for their respective schools. Freshman Mountaineer Oscar Tshiebwe is one of those freshman.

Tshiebwe has already made a name for himself and it seems as if the nation is starting to take notice. He debuted last Friday in West Virginia's exhibtion game against Duquesne where he totaled 17 points on 7-10 shooting and 3-7 from the free throw line, 14 rebounds, and one block.
