How to Watch the Women's Selection Sunday Show

See where West Virginia lands in the 2024 NCAA Tournament.

West Virginia is set to return to the NCAA Tournament following a 24-7 (12-6) season in their first year under new head coach Mark Kellogg.

The Mountaineers finished the regular season in a three-way tie for fourth place in the Big 12 Conference with Iowa State and Baylor but due to tiebreakers, earned the No. 6 seed in the conference tournament.

WVU had no issues in their first game of the tournament, defeating Cincinnati 70-55. Kellogg's scrappy defense forced 23 Bearcat turnovers, creating 20 points in the other direction. Unfortunately, their stay in Kansas City only lasted one more day as they fell to Kansas State in the quarterfinals in heartbreaking fashion, 65-62.

According to ESPN bracketologist Charlie Creme, the Mountaineers are projected to be a No. 6 seed in the tournament. We'll know for sure tonight where, when, and who the Mountaineers are playing as the bracket will be revealed.

The Selection Sunday show will air on ESPN beginning at 8 p.m. EST.
