Wednesday morning, West Virginia athletic director Wren Baker announced that the school will be parting ways with interim head coach Josh Eilert and will begin a national search for its next head coach.

Eilert took a moment this morning to thank the fans, players, and administration for their support in what was a challenging year in a letter he posted on X.
