K-State's Markquis Nowell Shares Why He Loves Bob Huggins

The former Wildcat has a lot of respect for the former Mountaineer head coach.

It's not just West Virginians that love former WVU head coach Bob Huggins. Even opposing coaches and players have a soft spot for the bear. 

Former Kansas State guard Markquis Nowell, who was a thorn in West Virginia's side this past season, shared why he loved Huggins in a tweet Sunday night.

I’m not going to lie, I love Bob Huggins. In the few encounters Ive had with him he showed me nothing but love and respect. The very last time I played against him he whispered to me after the game like “damn man you’re good I love your game why didn’t I recruit your lil ass” 😂 https://t.co/NkstizQmkB
