Spread: Texas Tech -3.5
2-star play on West Virginia covering (+3.5): I can't get a good read on West Virginia this season when it comes to the spread, partially because they've been an inconsistent team. What I do comfortable in saying is that WVU is clearly a much better scoring team at home as opposed to the road where they average a tick above 60 per game. Even in their two losses last week, they played well above my expectations. For the cherry on top, Texas Tech has covered just once in their last nine games.
Over/Under: 150.5
3-star play on the under: As mentioned above, WVU scores the rock at a higher clip at home. Meanwhile, Texas Tech has held its opponents to just 69.2 points in their last five home games - a stark difference from the 81 ppg they've allowed in their previous five road contests. The over has cashed in nine of the last twelve games for Texas Tech and in six of the last eight home games for the Mountaineers.
