The West Virginia University men's basketball program held its first practice of the 2023-24 season on Monday. 

Head coach Josh Eilert met with the media on Tuesday and gave some insight on the upcoming season, along with retaining the roster over the summer, constructing the coaching staff, evaluating the roster, and more.
