WVU Picked to Finish in Bottom Half of Big 12 in Preseason Poll

The Mountaineers have another thing to use as motivation.

Friday morning, the Big 12 Conference released the Big 12 preseason poll, as voted on by the media. West Virginia is predicted to finish in ninth place, ahead of only Oklahoma State, Cincinnati, Oklahoma, BYU, and UCF.

With a new coaching staff in place and several new faces making up the Mountaineers' rotation, there is some uncertainty about how well this will fare in 2023-24.
