Baylor Team Leaders and Depth Chart

The Baylor Bears team leaders and depth chart ahead of Saturday night's primetime matchup against the West Virginia Mountaineers

The West Virginia Mountaineers (7-4, 5-4) are on the road for the regular season finale against the Baylor Bears (3-8, 2-6) Saturday night at 7:00 EST and is broadcasting on FS1.

Blake Shapen leads the team in passing but he suffered a head injury late in the fourth quarter last week in the loss to TCU and is questionable heading into the matchup this weekend. The junior ranks fourth in the league in passing yards per game in league play at 269.3 yards per game with 11 touchdowns and a conference best three interceptions.

Redshirt sophomore quarterback Sawyer Robinson filled in for Shapen for three games after an MCL sprain in the season-opener. In Sawyer’s three starts, he threw for 534 yards and one touchdown. However, he had a completion percentage of 49.4% and three interceptions.

Junior Dominic Richardson leads the team in rushing with 494 yards on the season but has not reached the 100-yard mark once this season. Freshman Dawson Pendergrass and sophomore Richard Reese have rushed for over 100 yards in a game this year.

Junior receiver Monaray Baldwin leads the Bears in receiving with 38 receptions for 623 yards and four touchdowns while senior tight end Drake Dabney sits second on the team with 31 receptions for 529 yards and five touchdowns.

Redshirt senior middle linebacker Matt Jones leads the team in tackles (76), solo tackles (49), tackles for loss (11), sacks (4) and pass deflections (5) while freshman cornerback Caden Jenkens has a team-best three interceptions.
