Fan Reactions to Nine-Win Season for WVU Football

West Virginia fans are excited about the direction of the football program.

West Virginia wrapped up the 2023 season with a 30-10 win over the North Carolina Tar Heels in the Duke's Mayo Bowl earlier this week, bringing their overall record to 9-4. That marks the most wins for the program since winning ten games in 2016.

Shortly after the conclusion of the bowl game, I asked fans to drop their thoughts on the season on Twitter (X). Most of them appear to be extremely thrilled/happy with how things turned out but are still caught up on the Hail Mary at Houston. And if I'm being honest, I don't blame them.
