Hudson Clement will Start vs. Pitt

West Virginia University wide receiver Hudson Clement plays his way into the starting lineup

Thursday night, West Virginia University football head coach Neal Brown announced on his weekly radio show that redshirt freshman wide receiver Hudson Clement will get the start in the Backyard Brawl.

The Martinsburg, WV, native hauled in five receptions for 177 yards and three touchdowns in the Mountaineers win over Duquesne last week after getting the starting nod moments before the game for an injured Devin Carter.

Following the game, Neal Brown announced Clement had earned a scholarship.

West Virginia takes on the Pitt Panthers Saturday night at 7:30 with the action broadcasting on ABC.
