Former West Virginia guard and current head coach of the Boston Celtics, Joe Mazzulla, knows what it takes to be successful in Morgantown. He saw it firsthand as a member of the 2010 Final Four team. He also knows that to be successful at a place like WVU, you have to understand the importance of WVU athletics to those in the state.

Tuesday, WVU head football coach Neal Brown invited Mazzulla to come speak to the team after practice.

"This emblem has become a huge factor in my life. It's become an identity of who I am. I met my wife here. My kids were born here. This emblem has taken on a lot of who I am. It's special. It's important. It means a lot."
