West Virginia's offensive line was expected to be the strength of this football team in 2023 and it has been. But unfortunately, they haven't been able to reach their full potential due to injuries.

In the first half of today's game at UCF, right tackle Doug Nester left the game with an apparent ankle injury. He was able to walk off the field under his own power but is now in a walking boot on the West Virginia sideline.

Morgantown native Nick Malone is filling in his spot.
